What
I am seeking to attract and post
to Ex-minister.org ?
To
give you an idea of what I am
looking for, notice what I have
posted from others in the past.
For example, I like to post
articles from those that have
“been there” serving in the
ministry in some capacity in the
past (this isn’t a
requirement). I relish those
that can write with warmth and
haven’t forgotten the humanity
of man. Good-natured humor is
nice, and notating disturbing
observations is considered
normal. Now I’m not interested
to provide a platform for those
who want to express how pissed
off that they are about
Christians! This website
doesn’t want to necessarily
imply that all authors have left
the faith, it is conceivable
that a Christian could have
their article posted upon this
website. Overall, I desire
interesting, positive people
that have something important to
say!
The
subject matter will need to
touch upon matters somehow
related to faith or religion.
In general, I am not that
interested in articles that are
largely “political” (but
some do have their place).
Don’t think too much about it,
just send your article and give
me the chance! What matters is
that it delivers a good message,
not if you have name
recognition. I would be thrilled
and honored that you would
consider this site to express
your work! Ideally, I would like
to post one or two new articles
a week on the site (I will take
what I can get). Perhaps
you know of an article that
someone else has written that
would be a good fit for this
website? If so, send me the
link. If I like it, I will
contact that person if I can get
their email address!
I
love articles that enlighten
and/or make people think! I am
open to posting articles that I
might have a philosophical
disagreement with! Posted
articles are solely the views of
the author themselves and not to
be construed as endorsements
from this website.
Things
that you should know
I
am in this for the cause of
contributing something that
might lead to a better world
(this feeling is priceless).
This would likely describe your
motivations as well. Otherwise,
what is in it for you? (Laughs)
No financial incentives, and
nothing but the platform to
express your message. Just like
other articles that have been
posted, hopefully this would
draw to or promote your site,
book or etc.
It
should be understood that your
submissions are actually your
work and that whatever you are
submitting implies your approval
to post that material upon the
ex-minister.org website. When
your article is posted upon
Ex-minister, this isn’t to
imply that you endorse this
website, only that you agree to
post your work here. Likewise,
your posted work doesn’t imply
that Ex-minister endorses your
message, only that I think your
article has value and should be
posted to allow the reader the
opportunity to read your work.
Ex-minister reserves the right
to display submitted/requested
work for an unspecified amount
of time unless otherwise
notated. Ex-minister makes no
ownership claims upon your work.
In advance, I want to thank
those of you that send me
worthwhile articles. I seek to
acknowledge all submissions upon
initial reception. I may need 7
- 10 days to review the article.
Beyond initial reception
acknowledgement of your work, I
only promise to contact you
again if I like your article.
